I spend a lot of my time appreciating the outdoors in my home state of Utah and all nature has to offer. You can find me on my mountain bike, hiking with my blind dog, Tora, rafting the rivers of the Intermountain West, or skiing with my husband Adam.

My professional experience spans 7+ years working for non-profits and in the local government sector in roles that require a holistic approach to communicating with a variety of audiences. I specialize in video production, social media management, strategic communications, public information, community engagement and media relations.
